Still have some last-minute Christmas shopping to do? Well, Vodafone Warriors owner Owen Glenn - pictured talking to head coach Matthew Elliott at the NRL squad’s last training session of the year last Friday – just might have an answer to suit some needs. Photo: Photosport.
It comes in the shape of his life story captured in ‘Making a Difference’, published earlier this year.
His memoirs, available online - CLICK HERE FOR INFORMATION - OR through retail outlets, provide an inspirational success story.
Linking up with Eric Watson earlier this year to become a 50-50 joint owner of the Vodafone Warriors, Glenn emerged from humble beginnings to build a hugely successful global business empire. Now he dedicates his time and wealth to deliver philanthropic benefits around the world and in particular, New Zealand and India where he grew up.
Just over a fortnight ago the Vodafone Warriors were directly involved in one of Glenn's special interests when they spent four days mixing training with working on projects to benefit the Otara community.
Last Friday Glenn watched the Vodafone Warriors training at Cornwall Park. He chatted with head coach Matthew Elliott and spoke to the players at the end of the session.
